The Annual Downtown Norman Fall Festival has become a favorite community event, so mark your calendars for Friday, October 25, 2019 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm! Once again, Main Street will be transformed as little ghosts, goblins & witches roam the streets!  They’ll enjoy trick-or-treating at local businesses, activities, performances from local arts groups, and a plethora of moon bounces and rides, all FREE of charge! Attendance has consistently grown annually and we expect over 10,000 people this year. We are thrilled this festival has become something that children & their families look forward to year after year.
